    Museum Hours & Location


    Hours of Operation: Free and Open to the Public

     

    During the Month of December 2008

     

    Weekdays 11 am to 2 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm

     

    Saturdays 11 am to 9 pm

     

    Fridays, 12 pm to 6 pm

     

    Closed Dec. 1, 8 and 25

     

    During the Month of January 2009

     

    Thursday and Friday nights 6 pm to 9 pm

     

    Saturdays 11 am to 9 pm

     

    Sundays 12 pm to 6 pm

     

     

    During the Months of February > May 2009

     

    Saturdays 10 am to 1 pm

     

    During the Months of  June > September 2009

     

    The Marble Museum is open whenever there is a concert, festival, farmers’ market, special event, etc. at Lock 3 Park and Saturdays 10 am to 1 pm

     

    During the Months of October and November 2009

     

    Saturdays 10 am to 1 pm until mid-November when exhibitions will be changed for the up-coming holiday season.

     

    Visitors

     

    5,600 people visited the Marble Museum during the last weekend in November 2008.

     

    PARKING

    Parking is free after 5:30 pm and weekends

    We are located at Lock 3 Park, roughly 200 South Main St. in Downtown Akron, beneath the parking deck in space provided by the City of Akron.
